Security:
Given recent tragic events, security will, unfortunately, be enhanced compared to similar conferences in the past.
- Please have your ticket confirmation from EventBrite either printed out or on a mobile device.
- Please also have some form of government issued identification, such as a drivers license or passport.
- You will need these to get a badge. Please arrive early to avoid long queues.
- You will need to wear your badge prominently at all times.
That said, the security level in Belgium has been reduced and life has returned to normal. We do not expect there to be any problems at all, but continue to take the situation seriously.

Remote participation details
Some of the events during the week will include remote participation. These include:
Food
Lunch and a reception will be provided on Tuesday (with many thanks to Ghent University!), and on all other days we will make our own arrangements. There will be tea, coffee, and water available in the lobby area for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but food and drink is not allowed in the rooms themselves.
